Acoustic Insulation Contracts

Insul-Coustic designs, fabricates and installs all types of sound enclosures, acoustic wall panels, attenuators, spray-on acoustic insulation facings, low frequency sound traps, sound deadening curtains, and baffles to reduce noise levels to acceptable limits.

The company can provide acoustical solutions to a wide range of problems associated with recording studios, theatres and cinemas, conference centres, fan units, pumps, compressors, hail and rain hammer, road traffic and shooting ranges.

Finishes are available in a variety of materials including perforated sheeting (galvanized, aluminium, stainless steel), fibreglass membranes, neoprene acoustical foam, sound absorbing designer fabrics and spray applied acoustical fibrous insulation.

Thermal insulation Contracts:

Insul-Coustic has insulated the full spectrum from superheater steam piping to cryogenic lines operating at - 195°C. The company recently completed the corrosion protection and re-insulation of 21m diameter Butadiene sphere for Karbochem at Richards Bay bulk storage whilst it remained in operation.
